About MidLife at Ease Counseling
Life can feel especially heavy during midlife. Unresolved grief, lingering stress, or trauma from childhood and adult relationships may resurface, affecting relationships, self-perception, and physical well-being. MidLife at Ease Counseling provides the support and tools to help clients navigate these challenges, transforming past pain into present growth through compassionate, holistic mental health counseling.
“Family dysfunction rolls down from generation to generation, like a fire in the woods, taking down everything in its path until one person in one generation has the courage to turn and face the flames. That person brings peace to their ancestors and spares the children that follow.”
– Terry Real, Founder of Relational Life Therapy
